Students enrolled for Post Graduate Diploma in Music Therapy in CSMT as a part of the requirement for the certificate  have to undergo  6 months internship training only in any one of the centers.  

1. Chennai.  Cancare Foundation,  Taramani, Chennai. At Cancare Foundation,  the internship trainees work alongside the Oncologists team to provide music therapy services(both inpatient and outpatient services). The music therapy program is run by CSMT in collaboration with Cancare Foundation.

2. Hyderabad. Virinchi Hospitals, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. First Internship batch commenced on 28 2 2022.  The music therapy program is run by CSMT in collaboration with CSMT. 

3. Pondicherry. Center for Music Therapy Education and Research (CMTER) Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Research Institute, Campus, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth, Pondicherry.  For  more info please browse  sbvu.ac.in/cmter
